Impact Genome & My25

Advancing Health, Backed by Proof

Over the past year, The Arc of the Quad Cities Area has taken a meaningful step forward in improving community health through the implementation of the My25 program; a personalized, “Food as Medicine” approach designed to help individuals build healthier habits, increase independence, and improve overall well-being.

This work has been made possible through the generous support of the Better Health Foundation, whose investment in innovative, preventative health initiatives is helping expand access to nutrition education, resources, and long-term wellness solutions in our community.

Today, we’re proud to share that My25 is now officially “Impact Verified” through Impact Genome. This distinction means our program has been independently validated as delivering measurable, data-backed results; demonstrating real progress in areas like healthy BMI, physical activity, and chronic disease prevention.

Together, these milestones represent more than program success; they reflect a stronger, more accountable approach to community health. With proven outcomes and continued support, The Arc is helping build healthier individuals, more confident decision-makers, and a more resilient community.
