Individuals throughout the community participate in The Arc’s Day Community Service programs. Programs empower participants through education and support on vocational skills, as well as life skills training. Individuals who participate in day training also qualify for individualized services including assistive technology, therapies, community accessing, and behavior development.
Person-centered treatment programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are designed based on individuals’ current skill levels and personal goals of independence and self-sufficiency. We offer services at the Opportunity Center in Moline at The Arc Administration Building in Rock Island. Both locations offer opportunities for a wide spectrum of skill levels and program needs.
The Arc’s Community Day Service programs are CARF-accredited.
