
The Arc of the Quad Cities Area supports individuals with disabilities to have the most independence, choice, and control over their own lives through a person-centered service planning process. The Arc’s Community Support Program provides a variety of group and individualized activities that are based in the community or at the person’s home. Community locations could be at libraries, stores, restaurants, art/music venues, movies, etc.

Habilitation and support activities that foster improvement of, or facilitate, the person’s ability to perform daily living activities;

Activities for the person’s family that help preserve the family unit and prevent or limit out-of-home placement of the person;

Transportation for the person between home and his or her community recreational site or day habilitation site; and
